1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Luma.Yoga online platform and any in-person training sessions conducted by Fanny Alavoine. By accessing the Platform or participating in in-person training, you fully accept these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Platform or attend any in-person training.

- User: Any individual who registers for or uses Luma.Yoga, including online services or in-person training conducted by Fanny Alavoine.
- Services: All services offered by Luma.Yoga & Fanny Alavoine, including but not limited to, online yoga classes, webinars, educational content, and in-person training sessions.

To utilize certain Services, Users must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities that occur under their account.

4. User Obligations
Users agree to:
- Use the Platform and participate in training only for lawful purposes.
- Not share their accounts with others.
- Respect the intellectual property rights of Fanny Alavoine, the creator of all services available on Luma.Yoga.

5. Intellectual Property
Users agree to respect the intellectual property rights of Luma.Yoga and its creator Fanny Alavoine. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or modify the content available on the Platform or during in-person training without explicit prior written permission from Fanny Alavoine.

6. Payment and Refund Policy
- Fees for the Services must be paid in full at the time of registration. Users have a cancellation period of at least 14 days. This cancellation period applies even if the participant books the course and the payment is made by a company or employer. However, if the company directly enters into the contract, the cancellation period does not apply to that particular contract.
- Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase unless otherwise stated. All refunds must be processed within established timelines. No refunds will be issued after this period.

7. Liability
Luma.Yoga and its creator Fanny Alavoine shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Services. Users acknowledge that participating in yoga classes and training can involve inherent risks, including the risk of injury. By using the Services, Users agree to assume all risks associated with such activities and understand that they participate at their own risk. Luma.Yoga or Fanny Alavoine shall not be held responsible for any injuries sustained during the use of Services provided on the Platform.
