What is Structural Integration?
Structural Integration is more than posture work. It is a fascial bodywork: a hands-on, one-on-one approach that helps your whole body find balance with gravity & effortless postural alignment by working through the fascia (your connective tissue). When your structure is organized, movement feels easier, breathing deepens, and long-held tension starts to unwind.
The 10-Series of Ida Rolf
Each session targets a specific theme, gradually addressing both the outer structure and the deeper patterns behind how you stand, move, and relate to gravity. Instead of chasing quick fixes, the series unfolds layer by layer, supporting lasting integration and a more effortless way of moving.
The practitioner:
Fanny Alavoine

Structural change isn’t something I do to you, but something we explore with your system.
My work began in movement: teaching yoga, mobility, and helping people feel their bodies from the inside out. Functional anatomy and biomechanics, blended with poetic intuition and a mix of philosophical roots, have been my longtime tools. But my curiosity about where movement truly begins, deep in the structure, naturally led me to Structural Integration. SI gave me the missing piece: informed, precise touch that helps the body reorganize itself rather than forcing change from the outside. In sessions, I weave touch with movement cueing and awareness practices. Yoga builds awareness, biomechanics gives direction, Structural Integration brings coherence, and together they support a body that moves with more clarity and ease.
